As a Workplace Advisor for Young Office, Laura specializes in creating interior environments that are functional, inviting and efficient. Using her knowledge of AutoCAD and Cap Studio, an integrated software system, Laura creates floor plans to suit a variety of clients' needs. In conjunction with her sales person, she is able to see a project from conception and design development to installation completion. A high attention to detail ensures that each client’s needs are being met or exceeded. She is also able to assist with interior finish selections including, but not limited to: paint, carpet, and wallcovering. A native of Greenville, Laura values her relationships with the local architectural and design community. Education and Accolades My favorite thing to do when I was a kid was to play in the sprikler on a summer's day. My best vacation ever was Paris, France. If people could see my desk they would say I was a piler. One of my favorite products is my mezzaluna for chopping herbs. The best thing about my job is there's something new to do and someone new to meet almost every day. The best advice I ever got was to look people in the eyes. My family thinks I'm crazy for getting up at 5:15 am to run. If I were a cartoon character I would Linus. Most people don't know this but I lived in Maastricht, the Netherland for 1 1/2 years.
Laura has seven years of industry experience with clients in the following fields: financial institutions, non-profit organizations, government, manufacturing, research and development, and healthcare.
