Janice is Office Manager and Administrative Supervisor at Young Office. She supports our major account customers, following all aspects of orders from quote to installation completion.
Janice takes great pride in building direct relationships with her customers. Working closely with her sales team, she enter quotes and orders, checks orders for accuracy and works closely with manufacturers to ensure products are delivered within required time frames.
Some of her customers have locations all over the United States. Following her selection of a local dealer to handle the installation, she manages the project from order entry stage until completion to the customer's satisfaction.
Janice has worked for a Steelcase dealership for 22 years. The first 10 years she worked for Waldner's Business Environments in New York. After she moved to South Carolina she worked for Office Environments of Greenville for 7 years. When Young Office purchased Office Environments she came on board and has
been with Young Office for the past 5 years.

Government agencies have a tough job, balancing a demanding workload with being good stewards of taxpayer dollars. It doesn't matter what branch of the government you work in, it's not easy.
